Story
Thank God for Family
My grandfather bought me a bike on my 11th birthday. and I wanted nothing more than to ride it as far as my mom would allow me. Unfortunately, that meant I couldn't go past the mailbox at the end of the street since I had no way to communicate with her. That's why that same year I decided to go to the grocery store, buy a bag of gum, and sell it at school until I had enough to purchase my first cell phone. When my mom saw this, she decided to nurture it further by teaching me lessons about saving, good stewardship, and investing. Today I use those same skills as the foundation for what I teach others.
